一、產品特點：主(zhu)要用于測(ce)定煤中氟的(de)測(ce)定，根(gen)據(ju)GB/T4633利(li)用高溫燃燒水(shui)解——氟離(li)子選擇性電(dian)極法測定煤(mei)中總氟量，可(ke)供煤(mei)炭、電(dian)力、冶金和地(di)質(zhi)勘(kan)探等部門的(de)實驗(yan)室使用。

I. Product characteristics: Mainly used to determine the fluorine in the coal. It determines the total fluorine in the coal by using the high temperature combustion hydrolyzing--fluoride ion selective electrode method in the national standard GB/T4633, and can be used by the laboratories of coal, power, metallurgy and geological prospecting sectors, etc.

1. The meter integrates temperature control, mixing and steam amount control, with microcomputer for steam multi-stage temperature control, leading to high stability, small volume, small power consumption due to the small power and high determination accuracy, being an ideal fluorine content meter for the laboratories at present.

本儀器(qi)采(cai)用連續自動(dong)電子控(kong)溫，實時控(kong)制升(sheng)溫電流，溫度控(kong)制精(jing)確。

The meter uses the continuous automatic electronic temperature control, and controls the current for temperature rise in real time, resulting in accurate temperature control.

2、本儀器在一代(dai)設備的基礎上，改進了(le)送(song)(song)樣裝置(zhi)，由人工送(song)(song)樣改為(wei)連續自(zi)動送(song)(song)樣，避(bi)免了(le)人工送(song)(song)樣，異徑管爆燃易裂的弊端。

2. The sample presentation device of the meter is improved on the basis of the first-generation equipment: changed from manual sample presentation to continuous automatic sample presentation, to avoid the disadvantage of deflagration and easy crack of the reducing pipe during manual sample presentation.

3、送(song)樣更加穩定連續性強，送(song)樣時間精準，提(ti)高了檢驗(yan)(yan)結果的精確(que)度(du)，簡化(hua)了實驗(yan)(yan)人員的操(cao)作程序。

3. The sample presentation is more stable and has a strong continuity, and the sample presentation time is accurate, which increases the accuracy of the inspection result and simplifies the operating procedures of the experimenter.

4、采用(yong)單管式高溫(wen)(wen)爐(lu)為燃(ran)燒爐(lu)，長壽命硅碳(tan)管加熱(re)器件，克服了雙管長時間加熱(re)導致(zhi)異(yi)徑管變形，溫(wen)(wen)度改變相互(hu)產(chan)生影響，造成檢測樣品的準(zhun)確(que)度誤差(cha)增大、降低精度的缺(que)點。

4. It uses single high-temperature tubular furnace as the combustion furnace and the long-life silicon-carbon tube heating element, to overcome the shortcomings that long-time heating by both tubular furnaces results in deformation of the reducing pipe, and temperature change generates mutual influence resulting in increase of the accuracy error and reduction of the accuracy of the tested samples.

5. The meter offers centralized and simple operations and is easy to control, to avoid the previous situation that the two quartz reducing pipes were in different positions thus it took trouble and time for the staff to debug the equipment.

6、外填充鋁(lv)和硅酸鋁(lv)保(bao)溫棉以起到良好的保(bao)溫性能和充分長(chang)度的恒溫區。

6. Aluminum and aluminum silicate insulation cotton is filled externally to offer good thermal insulation performance and a constant temperature zone in a sufficient length.

7、本(ben)儀(yi)器(qi)采(cai)用微(wei)電腦控制，觸摸液晶顯示(shi)屏(ping)，顯示(shi)更直觀，數據(ju)存儲量大，可(ke)自行編輯程序。

7. The meter is controlled by a microcomputer, with a touch LCD for more intuitive display, and can store a large amount of data and be programmed.

8、  輸入檢測數據(ju)可以自動換(huan)算結果，無需人工(gong)計算，數據(ju)保存，查詢方便簡(jian)潔，信(xin)息集中，明確，一目了然。

8. The test data entered can be automatically converted to the results, requiring no manual calculation; the data storage and query are convenient and simple, and the information is centralized and clear at a glance.
